Book Launch for Isabel Wolff's Ghostwritten

Last Thursday, the lovely Zarina from PagetoStageReviews asked me to be her plus one at the book Launch for Ghostwritten by Isabell Wolff. I was so excited I immediately said yes even though it was last minute.

It was at the Free Word Centre in Farringdon so I printed off my google map directions and set off on the tube and all was going well as I go off at Farringdon Tube Station. The trouble started though when I got to 60 Farringdon Road and I was outside a cleaners. Now somehow I got the impression that this was not the Free Word Centre. Thankfully I was early and thankfully I was meeting Zarina as she came and got me from the tube station and took me to the right place. Problem avoided, thanks Zarina!

This was the first time that I had met Zarina in person and she is even more lovely than when talking to her on Twitter. She also gave me some books as she didn't have enough room for them, so I have another 5 fantastic sounding books on my TBR pile.

When we went in, I saw their gorgeous display of the Ghostwritten books. It has such a lovely cover and really stands out.

I also got to meet Jaime Frost, one of the Publicists at Harper Collins and it was lovely chatting to her and I am SO envious of her job!

And of course I got to meet the lovely author Isabel and got my picture taken wit her and she signed my book, which was doubly wonderful. Isabel also gave a reading of a section of Ghostwritten and Wow! I could have listened to her all night. Ghostwritten just sounds incredible.

So I had a really lovely evening and many thanks to Zarina for inviting me as her plus one.
