Redroaster Coffee Co in Brighton- the instagrammable place to lunch

Redroaster Brighton

My wonderful friend Zarina from Page to Stage reviews came down from London Town to the Seaside town of Brighton for a day out and a catch up. What I love about her is that she always knows the best places to try and she said that we must go to Redroaster in Kemptown for lunch, so we did.

As soon as we stepped inside, I was blown away by the botanical decor. It honestly was absolutely stunning. They say on their website that they wanted to provide a little bit of everyday luxury and I completely agree. I felt like I was in a high end restaurant and you could instantly see why it is so popular. It is walk in only, you can't book so we had to wait a tiny bit for a table to become free but it really wasn't that long. The tables are set out as two's so if you do go during a busy period you are more likely to get a table if there are just two of you, but they can obviously put tables together.

There was so much to choose from on their yummy brunchy lunch menu. I forgot to take a photo of what was actually inside the menu, but you can have a look here. All of their meals are prepared by Michellen starred Chef Matt Gillan’s (winner of BBC's Great British Menu) team and after much deliberation I decided to go for their Breakfast Board which was boiled eggs, sourdough, avocado, house granola and a juice shot. You can see from the photos just how amazing it looked and so healthy too! I ate every bite.

I also forgot to take a picture of my delicious drink, but I will tell you about it instead. I had the Iced Cinnamon Almond Latte (Dairy Free) and it was absolutely the best latte I have ever had. Move over swiftly starbucks, I have a new latte love.

I honestly had such a wonderful experience at Redroaster and it doesn't just look instagrammable, the food tastes delicious. Redroaster is open from 7am-5pm and really isn't that far from the pier. Add it to your list of places to go in Brighton. From 7pm they turn into the Pike and Pine restaurant.
