Hello bookworms, today I am delighted to be the last stop on the tour for Rosie Blake's How to Stuff Up Christmas. I am in love with this gorgeously christmassy cover! I have a fabulous guestpost from Rosie on her top 5 Christmas destinations. Enjoy.

Rosie's Top 5 Christmas Destinations

In my book HOW TO STUFF UP CHRISTMAS Eve wants to escape all the Christmas cheer. Packing herself off onto a houseboat in a small village in Berkshire she thinks she might achieve it. It got me thinking about destinations I would want to head to if I wanted to get away for Christmas. So here are my Top 5!

The Alps - snow, cheese fondue, pink cheeks, a hot tub at the end of the day and did I mention fondue? I think skiing would be a fabulous way to spend a week over Christmas. A pine-smelling log cabin deep in the Alps and someone else cooking all your meals as you spend the day shoop, shoop, shooping. Perfect.

Maldives - fed up with the British weather? How about blowing an absolute fortune and heading off to a small drop in the ocean to eat food, lounge in the sunshine and go snorkelling for rays, turtles and sharks. Santa might be missing but you would have lots of time for some festive reading... Glorious.

Devon - I do love a staycation! Devon, the North Coast particularly (Woolacombe, Croyde, Saunton, Ilfracombe) is a great destination. Long walks in wellies and hats along the beaches, big pub lunches, incredible views, log fires and lots of relaxation time. Just a nip down the road and you're already there too. Love it.

Iceland - I've always wants to head to Iceland over Christmas. A chance to see the Northern Lights, a dip in the fantastic geo-thermal spa the Blue Lagoon, a chance to catch a glimpse of Father Christmas and plenty of opportunities to make snow angels. Festive fun and lovely snuggly times promised.

Home - oh I can't resist heading home to crowd around the table, pull party poppers, eat tins of Roses, watch bad movies, swap presents and catch up with the whole family. There is nothing better.

How to Stuff Up Christmas is out now.
